Als Procurement Officer maak je deel uit van het departement 'Purchase & Administration'. Je speelt een belangrijk rol in de uitvoering en opvolging van ons aankoopbeleid. Ook zorg je voor de nodige ondersteuning en aanvulling voor onze lopende en nieuwe projecten waarbij je een duidelijke toekomstvisie naar voor kan brengen.
- Opvolgen en optimaliseren van de aankoopprocessen en het aankoopbeleid
- Onderhandelingen met de leveranciers uitvoeren
- Meehelpen om contracten te analyseren en verder uit te zoeken.
- Maken van analyses van contracten en rapporteren aan de directie, management en andere betrokken partijen
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen in het uitbreiden van je vakkennis en bijdragen tot een innovatieve en creatieve werkomgeving
- Algemene ondersteuning van het departement Purchase & Administration
- Je bent op de hoogte van de contracten die met leveranciers worden afgesloten en leest je in over de voorwaarden, zodat je alle stakeholders ten allen tijden kan informeren over de voorwaarden
- De nodige passie binnen jouw vakgebied
- Rijbewijs B
- Ruime kennis in het Microsoft Office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
- Een eerste ervaring binnen de aankoopafdeling
- Communicatief zeer sterk
