**Description**:

- Preparing, organizing and ensuring the administrative support of the various phases of the purchasing process within the legislation on government procurement, with the aim of contributing to the purchasing process within running in the most efficient manner possible and in accordance with the applicable regulations and internal agreements.

**Specific tasks**:

- Providing support in the preparation of purchasing files by searching and collecting information and data as well as preparing the specifications based on the approved purchasing strategy, always in coordination with the buyer.
- Publication of public tenders through the channels provided for this purpose and in accordance with the applicable guidelines and legislation.
- Opening the received quotation files and, if applicable, requesting the necessary certificates from the tenderers through the channels provided for this purpose.
- Carrying out the initial screening of the received quotation files (checking whether the certain exclusion and selection criteria apply, checking the formal requirements based on the chosen procedure, etc.) and discussing/having the results of the screening validated by the buyer.
- Requesting any missing information or documents from the tenderers and preparing the price comparison between the different tenderers, including carrying out an initial price check.
- Organizing and ensuring the administrative and organizational aspects associated with purchasing files and contracts (planning internal meetings, document management, contract follow-up, contract data preparation for ERP).
