**Missions essentielles**:
As Commercial Support, you will be part of the Global Sales Team. Together with an international environment, you will work on the day to day administration.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Commercial support**
- Creating sales quotes in collaboration with the Key Account Managers
- Drafting contracts and updating the ERP system
- Follow-up of contract execution EMEA within the ERP system
- Provide monthly updates on execution planning in collaboration with logistics team and procurement
- Share contract execution follow up with customers
- Align customer forecast with our planning
- Follow up intercompany transfers with the ERP system
**Middle office management controls**- Track existing sales agreements
- Track customer coverage positions under Long Term Agreements
- Follow up and document pricing levels
- Ensure contract allocation between plants
**Other admin tasks**
In cooperation with Finance department:
- Credit insurance administration
- Payment follow up
Admin support for the Key Account Managers:
- Filling in customer files
- Certificate registration
- Organize internal meetings & customer visits
**Profil / Compétences requises** **Master recherché****:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
- 2 years of experience in a commercial & international environment.
- Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP is a plus (SAP or JDE)
- You are customer friendly, structured and accurate
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience with working in a team.
