A Real Management Traineeship
- The quickest path to a managerial position in Europe's fastest-growing company where you will have operational, commercial, and financial responsibilities based on entrepreneurship;
- No specialized work or outsourcing to clients; you will perform dynamic and varied tasks at different Eurofins locations;
- The two-year program includes four projects, with at least two focusing on Business Development and Operations. This involves implementing innovative systems, establishing new business models, and guiding acquisitions. - A professional work environment with ample room for initiatives, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for international career advancement;
- We aim for a 10% time investment in your personal and leadership development, including participation in technical and skill training, on-the-job training, coaching from senior management, and peer interactions with other trainees;
Location: based in Nazareth, willing to undertake 1 to 2 projects in the Netherlands. Possibility of relocation or remote work.
RequirementsFor the General Management Traineeship, we are seeking MSc graduates with an academic background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
Our current Eurofins trainees are described as young professionals with a strong sense of responsibility, a creative and solution-oriented mindset, excellent empathetic and reflective abilities, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.

The recruitment for the Traineeship is conducted from the Netherlands. The initial interview will take place at the Eurofins location in Breda (NL). Subsequent interviews will be held at the Eurofins site in Nazareth (BE).
