The position
Main responsibilities
- Own and develop comprehensive brand strategies for key strategic brands within the portfolio of Cooper Consumer Health, part of Cooper Consumer Health.
- Create marketing plans for each brand, implementing above and belowtheline activations ensuring consistency across channels and performance measurement.
- Manage innovations and promotions with excellent project management skills.
- Provide product training and materials for internal sales and external medical teams.
- Collaborate with external service agencies (e.g. packaging design, media & advertising) and crossfunctional teams (sales, innovation, regulatory, supply & logistics).
- Secure indepth market knowledge (sellin & sellout), analysing trends, competitors, and customer data.
- Report to the Brand Group Manager on brand performance and market insights.
Competences and Experience
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1/2 years) as a brand manager or in a similar role
Preferred:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or beauty sector.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with the ability to confidently deliver presentations in all three languages.
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, coupled with a robust entrepreneurial spirit.
- Resultoriented with a nononsense approach and a strong team player.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
