Brand Activation Manager

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in sales of marketing of economie. Ervaring in een sales/ marketing gerelateerde functie. Ervaring met organiseren en plannen is een must. Enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige job binnen brand activation of events is een grote plus.
- Ervaring met reizen, beurzen & activatie is een grote plus.
- Je bent een organisatorisch talent & stressbestendig. Je bent zeer oplossingsgericht en begrijpt welke inspanningen komen kijken bij een brand activation rol in een startup 2 scale up omgeving.
- Je hebt veel goesting om NONA te vertegenwoordigen als brand activation manager & een plan uit te werken samen met onze huidige collega in brand activation voor België, Nederland en Frankrijk. Denk aan organisatie van proeverijen bij klanten; retail klanten & concept stores - horeca activaties - uitdenken van concepten & ontwikkeling van materialen die de activatie ondersteunen. Aanwezigheid op events & opzetten van samenwerkingen met passende merken.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands & Frans. NONA zal meer op Frankrijk focussen komende maanden dus zoeken we een collega die voldoende zijn/haar plan kan trekken in Brussel & Frankrijk. Denk aan beurzen in Parijs, events in Brussel - Luxemburg etc.
- Je helpt met organisatie van beurzen & bent aanwezig op beurzen in binnen
- en buitenland.
- Je bent geregeld in het weekend beschikbaar om aanwezig te kunnen zijn op onze activaties en alles in goede banen te leiden.
- Je hebt ervaring in het samenwerken met agency's en bent het gewoon om op events te staan/ je hebt horeca ervaring. Je contacteert agency's en zet samenwerkingen op.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, je durft mensen aanspreken
- Je bent helemaal fan van onze spirits en vertelt het NONA verhaal met veel passie
- Je bent zelfzeker, proactief en werkt graag zelfstandig
- Je hebt ervaring of interesse in people management: je zal de brand activators mee ondersteunen en aansturen.
