Vous intégrez un service composé d'une quinzaine de project managers et d'inté techniques, où chacun.e gère ses propres projets en matière de réalisation, transformation et rénovation d'infrastructures de transports publics (ouvrages métros et trams). Après une phase d'intégration adaptée à votre profil, vous soutenez plusieurs (senior) project managers dans le suivi de leurs projets. Cette fonction vous permet de vous familiariser avec des sujets variés et multi-techniques, et vous offre donc des possibilités d'évolution dans le domaine.

Vous intervenez dans les différentes phases de la gestion de plusieurs projets, avec pour objectif final le respect de son Q-C-D (qualité-coût-délais):
- Vous menez des analyses approfondies sur demande
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place de tableaux de suivi budgétaire
- Vous gardez une vue sur le planning
- Vous assurez des reportings
- Vous récoltez et synthétisez les informations nécessaires aux prises de décisions
- Vous participez aux réunions de travail / de chantier
- Vous êtes amené.e à collaborer avec des intervenant.e.s varié.e.s (internes et externes)
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes en possession d'un master technique (l'orientation construction étant un atout)
- Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais ; une connaissance de l'autre langue est un plus.
- Compétences clés : capacité d'analyse, écoute, structure et organisation, gestion des priorités, proactivité et orientation résultat, flexibilité (prestations de nuit de manière exceptionnelle).
