As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team as well as a management team.The role involves setting strategies, defining the actions to be taken and the results expected to achieve the objectives set by the brand.
You will need to understand the stakes involved in the success of the outlet with a full understanding of the financial and commercial figures you will have to handle.
The development of your outlet will also involve mastering your local fabric, spreading the brand values and the online presence of your shop.
