Je missie:

- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de Business markt en voor Sales agents. Verder zorg je voor een end-to-end behandeling en opvolging van vragen, opmerkingen en klachten met als doel de tevredenheid van Business klanten en Sales agents te verhogen.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je beheert E2E de implementatie van ICT-oplossingen voor B2B-klanten, met focus op nieuwe klanten (die een hoge omzet vertegenwoordigen) en/of niet-standaard projecten.
- Verder identificeer en beheer je de resources die betrokken zijn bij projecten. Je wijst taken toe aan en krijgt commitment van medewerkers in andere interne en externe teams, volgens de gedefinieerde mijlpalen van een projectaanpak.
- Natuurlijk zorg je voor kwaliteit & tijdige levering van de oplossingimplementatie en klanttevredenheid, op basis van overeengekomen processen en SLA's. Je speelt een actieve rol in de klantervaring (single point of contact tijdens de implementatiefase) en rapporteert verbeterpunten aan Product Marketing en Operationele teams.
- Door een actieve rol te spelen wanneer je wordt geraadpleegd in de presalesfase van nieuwe complexe projecten, draag je bij aan de definitie van de specifieke en op maat gemaakte projectleveringsaanpak en zorg je voor een prettige onboardingervaring voor de klant.
- Budget, P&L en projectconcept: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het respecteren van het budget en de projectinhoud in nauwe samenwerking met presales / bid mgt.
- Je ondersteunt actief verschillende concepten zoals gedefinieerd binnen het team: 'Project Mgt as a service', competence ownership, toegewijde klantbenadering,...
- En last but not least: In het geval dat een hoge focus op projectmanagement nodig is, delegeer je service delivery tot een maximaal niveau (virtueel team concept), en begrijp je de rol van - en ben je in staat om op te treden als - een Customer Service Delivery manager.
Profiel
Jouw profiel:

- Je hebt een hogere opleiding in ICT of Elektronica.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Customer Project Delivery Manager in de telecom- of IT-sector.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Uiteraard heb je technische in dept kennis van mobiele en fix data technologieën.
- Verder is jarenlange ervaring in Project Management een must en ben je in staat om een virtueel projectteam te leiden naar het behalen van doelstellingen.
- En last but not least: Je hebt ervaring met het financieel bewaken en opvolgen van het budget en rapporteren over afwijkingen tijdens de uitrol van het project (die invloed hebben op het budget). Je doet dit in nauwe samenwerking met Pre Sales.Aanbod
