Genai Advisor

The team, position & mission:

We are seeking a visionary and skilled GenAI Advisor to join our Data Science & AI team.

In this role, you will be focused on harnessing the transformative power of generative AI to drive business innovation for companies from a wide variety of activity sectors.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility, crafting bespoke AI-driven roadmaps and solution designs.

As a senior advisor, you'll also coach junior consultants and support internal AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Your key areas of responsibility as a GenAI Advisor:

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Craft a tailored generative AI technical vision to drive value and innovation and communicate the strategy in simple and impactful terms.
• Conduct and facilitate ideation workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with data specialists on topics like data governance, data infrastructure, and architecture to support the Generative AI projects.
• Define and oversee the development of AI roadmaps, ensuring they are pragmatic, achievable, and aligned with strategic business initiatives.
• Support organizational literacy and management buyin on Generative AI topics.

Technical Skills

• Deep technical understanding of productiongrade AI and GenAI solutions
• Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Architecture key principles
• Maintaining an uptodate knowledge of GenAI technologies and best practices

Soft Skills

• Leadership and facilitation skills
• Stakeholders management
• Strong communication skills
• Strategic and innovative mindset

Education

• Computer Science or STEM university degree.
• Additional education in AI technologies is strongly valued.
• Fluent in English.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Science and AI
• Proven track record in designing and developing AI solutions and strategies driving business growth or transformation.
• Experience in managing crossfunctional stakeholder groups.
• At least 2 years of experience acting as an advisor or thought leader on Data & AI initiatives.
