The team, position & mission:
We are seeking a visionary and skilled GenAI Expert to join our Data Science & AI team. In this role, you will be focused on harnessing the transformative power of generative AI to drive business innovation for companies from a wide variety of activity sectors. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility, crafting bespoke AI-driven roadmaps and solution designs.
As a senior advisor, you'll also coach junior consultants and support internal AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Your key areas of responsibility as a GenAI Expert:
As an ideal candidate you have:
The successful candidate should have a mix of technical and soft skills.
Technical Skills Deep technical understanding of production-grade AI and GenAI solutions Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Architecture key principles Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of GenAI technologies and best practicesSoft Skills
Leadership and facilitation skills Stakeholders management Strong communication skills Strategic and innovative mindsetEducation
Computer Science or STEM university degree. Additional education in AI technologies is strongly valued. Fluent in English.Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Science and AI Proven track record in designing and developing AI solutions and strategies driving business growth or transformation. Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder groups. At least 2 years of experience acting as an advisor or thought leader on Data & AI initiatives.What we offer you:
