What you will do:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving IT projects that bring new ideas and solutions to life.
You will have the opportunity to shape project plans, manage diverse project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to bring cutting-edge solutions to reality.
As an IT Project Manager, you will:
- Responsible for leading IT (ERP) projects to successful completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage their execution.
- Manage project resources, including third party partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project aligns with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Establish and monitor project performance metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
- Support project portfolio management and project prioritization processes.
- Provide project management support, guidance, and training to project teams.
- Keep uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry.
Location:
Brussels office and home office.
Who you are:
- Proven experience as an IT project manager with a track record of successful project delivery of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Previous experience or education in finance or accounting, providing a strong foundation for understanding the specific needs and challenges of financial ERP capabilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, and people skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to facilitate change management initiatives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for delivering quality and customer value.
- Selfdriven with strong independent work abilities, excellent organization skills and a continuous learning mindset.
- Enthusiasm for being at the forefront of the energy transition and driving positive change in the industry.
