Als ERP Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol coördineren en opleveren van Microsoft Dynamics-implementatieprojecten bij klanten. In onze doelgroep zitten voornamelijk middelgrote bedrijven actief in diverse sectoren zoals handel, supply chain en services, alsook bouw
- en installatiebedrijven.
**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:
het leiden van alle fases van het project van kick-off tot oplevering;
het coördineren en plannen van de resources en de projecttaken;
het intensief communiceren met klanten, in elke fase en situatie van het project;
het leiden van projectmeetings, stuurgroepen en andere overlegorganen;
het documenteren en rapporteren van de verschillende projecttaken;
het streven naar een on time, in scope en on budget oplevering van elk project.
Je maakt deel uit van het Project Management Team, waar je samenwerkt met collega Project Managers. Je rapporteert aan de Service Delivery Manager.

Een ERP Project Manager moet op een heel klantgerichte en kwalitatieve manier kunnen werken en communiceren. Je begrijpt zeer goed de businessprocessen van een klant en de verschillende stappen die nodig zijn om een project succesvol op te leveren. Je werkt sterk coördinerend, streeft naar een maximaal resultaat en stelt steeds de vraag van de klant voorop. Je waakt over een gezond evenwicht tussen de toepassing van projectmethodologieën en pragmatiek. In je projectteam zorg je voor een optimale taakverdeling en zet je alle neuzen in dezelfde richting. Met de nodige commerciële flair en een sterke communicatie kan je het project bijsturen waar nodig en onverwachte situaties oplossen.
Naast bovenstaande eigenschappen herken je je maximaal in onderstaande basisvereisten:
een relevante opleiding van hoger niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van ERP software en services projecten;
actuele kennis van business solutions, projectmethodologie en bedrijfsprocessen;
interesse en ervaring in projecten met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (of NAV);
voldoende vertrouwd met aanverwante toepassingen zoals CRM, ECM, BI,;
goed begrip van zowel technische als functionele IT processen;
sterk communicatief, zowel verbaal als redactioneel;
gedreven om door automatisering de processen bij onze klanten te optimaliseren en verbeteren;
perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands alsook een grondige kennis van het Engels (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt);
een rijbewijs en bereid om regelmatig verplaatsingen naar klanten te maken.
