ABOUT THE JOB

  • Continuously challenging processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them with the relevant teams.
  • Managing cross-departmental projects from ideation to completion, including scoping, planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Diagnosing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve the value chain's flow, quality, safety, and reduce waste & cost.
  • Guiding project teams in identifying root causes of incidents disrupting daily operations using problem-solving techniques.
  • Monitoring project progress to ensure planned improvements are on track and expected benefits are achieved.
  • Providing internal consultation on Operational Excellence projects and activities, such as process mapping, value stream mapping, and performance standards/metrics.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in an Operational environment like Manufacturing, Production, or Fulfillment, with expertise in Project Management.
  • Experience in managing mid-to-large scale projects successfully and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record in building team capabilities and effective leadership from top to bottom.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, changing work environments and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt or Lean Leader Certified is a plus, as well as Project Management certification.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Europe.
