**Jouw rol binnen ACA**:

- Binnen ons nieuw opgerichte Security team fungeer je als de liaison naar de developers van verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Je bent de SPOC voor je collega's betreffende alle security gerelateerde vragen.
- Je neemt een mentorrol op voor de andere teamleden en deelt jouw expertise met collega's, zowel binnen jouw team als breder in de organisatie, en dit op vlak van verschillende security disciplines.
- Je voert periodieke reviews uit op alle security gerelateerde issues. Jouw oog voor detail maakt van jou de geknipte persoon om security gerelateerde software defecten in het project op te sporen, te onderzoeken, verifiëren en prioritiseren.
- Je neemt actief deel aan Risk Assessments, Threat Assessments en Architectural Reviews om opportuniteiten te spotten die security defecten gaan herstellen.
- Je vormt en beheert het Security programma dat de organisatie faciliteert om op een secure manier toegevoegde waarde te leveren aan onze klanten.
- Je bereidt de organisatie voor op de toekomst (NIS2, CRA, ISO27k,)

**Hard skills**:

- Je volgde een opleiding of studie in Security.
- Je hebt een brede technische ervaring in cybersecurity en infrastructure/hosting gerelateerde technologieën..
- Je houdt ervan de leiding te nemen in de uitrol van een secure modus operandi binnen de organisatie.
- Je hebt affiniteit met project/program management om complexe (security)projecten op te leveren binnen de organisatie.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende coachingvaardigheden en bent gedreven om collega's te mentoren, zowel binnen het Security team als breder binnen de organisatie.
- Jouw passie rond security zorgt ervoor dat je van nature de laatste trends en nieuwtjes volgt rond jouw expertisedomein.
- Je staat te popelen om nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten vanuit een technisch perspectief.
- Je spreekt, schrijft en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

- Je bent een motiverende leider en coach, creëert een open communicatieomgeving met een grote toegankelijkheid naar je collega's toe.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer die erop gebrand is zijn collega's naar een hoger niveau te tillen wat betreft jouw expertisedomein.
