Wat je gaat doen

Als Digital Producer bij iO Brussels speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en leveren van hoogwaardige digitale content op verschillende platforms. Je voornaamste taken omvatten het beheren van banners, nieuwsbrieven, webmastering en social media posts om ervoor te zorgen dat de digitale aanwezigheid van onze klanten altijd actief en boeiend is. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, brieft interne teams en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om projecten tot leven te brengen.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

Klantenbeheer: Optreden als de primaire contactpersoon voor klanten zoals de Nationale Loterij, Brussels Airport en Lidl, hun behoeften begrijpen en ervoor zorgen dat aan hun eisen wordt voldaan. Projectbriefing: Effectief briefen en coördineren met teams om projectdoelen en deadlines te behalen. Contentproductie: Toezicht houden op de creatie en het beheer van digitale content, inclusief banners, nieuwsbrieven, website-updates en social media posts. Samenwerking: Samenwerken met ontwerpers, ontwikkelaars en marketeers om een naadloze uitvoering van projecten te garanderen. Altijd Actief: Een proactieve benadering handhaven om de digitale aanwezigheid van klanten boeiend en up-to-date te houden.

Daarom ben jij de perfecte Digital Producer

Ervaring: Een eerst ervaring als digital producer, projectmanager, social media manager of in een vergelijkbare communicatierol. Technische Vaardigheden: Bekendheid met projectmanagementtools zoals Jira is een pluspunt. Talen: Beheersing van het Frans en Engels, of Nederlands en Engels. Drie- of meertalige kandidaten (FR/NL/EN) hebben de voorkeur. Interpersoonlijke Vaardigheden: Sterke communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse teams en klantrelaties te beheren. #LI-ApollineDeCoster #LI-Hybrid
