**Wat ga je doen?**

De Circular Economy Officer is eindverantwoordelijk voor de relatie die Milgro onderhoudt met specifieke opdrachtgevers, voor de resultaten die Milgro ten behoeve van deze opdrachtgevers behaalt en het rendement dat daarmee voor Milgro wordt gerealiseerd.

Als Circular Economy Officer houd je je bezig met het ontwikkelen, beheren en uitbouwen van relaties met (stakeholders bij) opdrachtgevers, om daarmee de positie van Milgro te versterken en ambassadeurs voor Milgro te creëren.

Dit doe je door de drivers van de diverse (stakeholders bij) opdrachtgevers te identificeren op het gebied van afval
- en grondstoffenmanagement en hiernaar intern en extern te handelen. Je bent daarin ook verantwoordelijk voor de tariefafspraken en bewaakt daar de marktconformiteit van. Je stuurt op het maximaal benutten van het rendementspotentieel.

Je stimuleert op de juiste momenten draagvlak en betrokkenheid bij de opdrachtgever om de transitie naar duurzaam afvalmanagement te versterken. Daarnaast ondersteun je Business Development.

**De ideale kandidaat**:

- Heeft een afgeronde hbo of academisch opleiding en/of werk
- en denkniveau;
- Heeft mínimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als bijvoorbeeld consultant of project-, lijn
- of key-accountmanager;
- Heeft ervaring met en is aantoonbaar effectief in projectmanagement plannen en organiseren;
- Beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden; is in staat om situaties, data en cijfers te analyseren en interpreteren;
- Beschikt over uitstekende commerciële vaardigheden;
- Beschikt over uitstekende en adviesvaardigheden, een hoog probleemoplossend vermogen en is relatiegericht;
- Heeft het vermogen tot conceptueel en strategisch denken;
- Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst de Nederlandse en Franse taal goed in woord en geschrift. Engels is een pre;
- Krijgt energie van een dynamische en ondernemende cultuur binnen een groeiende organisatie.
