Voor onze Oceanvestiging te Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Assistant Forwarder voor onze zeevrachtboekingen. Dit betreft een tijdelijke functie waarbij op termijn gekeken kan worden naar mogelijkheden voor een vast contract. Jij werkt mee aan het van A tot Z coördineren van de import zeevrachtboekingen.

Functiebeschrijving:

- De transportorders neem je aan en verwerk je in het systeem rekening houdend met de vooropgestelde deadlines;
- Contact onderhouden met interne en externe afdelingen en dienstverleners om te zorgen voor een soepel vervoer van goederen en documenten om te voldoen aan de eisen van Schenker-klanten;
- Hiervoor onderhoud je nauw contact met klanten en interne afdelingen;
- Het transportdossier verzorg je netjes en volledig, en je zorgt voor een correcte ingave van de inkomende en uitgaande kosten

**Jouw profiel**:

- Als expediteur import ben jij de expert rondom import zendingen. Je bent onderlegd in het halen van deadlines en het afleveren van hoge kwaliteit;
- Hoge mate aan autonoom werken; prioriteiten stellen, multitasking en productiviteit handhaven;
- Je zet jouw professionaliteit in om zeevrachtdossiers op een correcte en nauwkeurige manier af te handelen;
- Je werkt klantgericht en bij problemen probeer je steeds een klantvriendelijke oplossing te bekomen;
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis, met een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels. Ken je meer talen? Geweldig, die zal je in onze internationale setting zeker kunnen inzetten.
