Als Manager Health, Safety, Environment & Quality werk je voor de Business Unit Bus (BUB). Je rapporteert aan de Vice President BUB. Je maakt deel uit van het Management Committee van de directie BUB.
Jouw belangrijkste taak is het leiden en coördineren van de aanpak op het vlak van preventie van arbeidsongevallen, kwaliteit, gezondheid en welzijn, milieu en risicobeheer.
Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening binnen de BUB, dit in overeenstemming met het contract van openbare dienst, het ondernemingsplan en de relevante wettelijke richtlijnen. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 5 personen.
Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Health: je draagt bij aan de naleving van de wet betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers ter ondersteuning van de hiërarchische lijnen. Je draagt bij aan de preventie van arbeidsongevallen in samenwerking met het IDPBW.
- Risk & Safety: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het Risk & Safety management van de BUB. Je organiseert de risicoanalyses en zorgt voor een goede communicatie hierover.
- Environment: je verzekert en coördineert de acties met het oog op de ISO 14001-certificering en je vogt de opleiding van het personeel op milieugebied op.
- Quality: je organiseert de audits voor kwaliteitscertificatie van de BUB (CEN en ISO), bereidt management reviews voor, beheert de follow-up van de « mystery client»-maatregelen, de klachten en felicitaties van klanten. Je evalueert de relevantie van de KPI's van de BUB. Je analyseert, synthetiseert en communiceert de resultaten van tevredenheidsonderzoeken en benchmarkinggroepen.
- Je werkt in de stelplaats van Haren, binnen de directie van de BUB.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma en/of gelijkwaardig met ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in het domein of in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van de kwaliteits
- en risicomanagementnormen.

- Je hebt vaardigheden op het gebied van people management, je weet hoe je invloed moet uitoefenen, je hebt een goed vermogen om ideeën door te geven en jouw team te inspireren. Je bent zeer resultaat

- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans. Een goede kennis van het Engels is vereist (mondeling en schriftelijk).
