Een bedrijf werkzaam in de sector van prefab betonelementen is op zoek naar een safety & environment manager.

Als safety & environment manager sta je in voor onderstaande zaken:

- Als ervaren preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk, in samenwerking met de externe dienst, voor het naleven van de wettelijke vereisten inzake welzijn, veiligheid en gezondheid in onze verschillende sites. Je schrikt niet terug om ook in de verschillende producties zelf aanwezig te zijn en correcte opvolging te geven.
- Hierbij zal je een globaal preventieplan opstellen, implementeren en opvolgen en zorg je voor het voortdurend opvolgen van de naleving van wettelijke bepalingen inzake preventie.
- Je vertaalt de wetgeving naar concrete procedures en richtlijnen, communiceert dit naar de verschillende teams toe, volgt de productie ook daadwerkelijk op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je ondersteunt de engineeringteams bij het opstellen van de risicoanalyses voor nieuwe machines.
- Je volgt arbeidsongevallen en onveilige situaties op en je coördineert diverse audits (intern en extern) op de werkvloer.
- Je voert veiligheidscampagnes, organiseert informatievergaderingen en toolbox meetings.
- Als lid van het comité voor preventie en bescherming op het werk, streef je samen met de directie en de sociale partners naar een optimaal veiligheidsbeleid om zo het veiligheidsbewustzijn in de organisatie te stimuleren.
- Hiernaast zal je, als milieucoördinator niveau B, ook instaan voor het opvolgen van de naleving van diverse vergunningen ( oa milieu, energie, nullozer,)
- Het opvolgen en de naleving van diverse verzekeringsdossiers, zoals brand, inbraak, diefstal,zijn ook zaken waar je kritisch over wil waken, wil opvolgen en tijdig wil bijsturen.
- Vanuit deze twee vakgebieden spreekt het voor zich dat er zich, omwille van constante groei, voortdurend projecten zullen aandienen. Dit met het oog op het verbeteren en in stand houden van de (werk)omgeving.

Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een master niveau met een extra opleiding als preventieadviseur niveau II en bij voorkeur ook milieucoördinator niveau B.
- Een stevige ervaring als preventieadviseur is voor deze 'site overkoepelende' functie dan ook onontbeerlijk.
- Je kritische en motiverende houding stelt de organisatie voortdurend op de proef om de groei van interne veiligheidscultuur te bevorderen.
- Je voelt je goed in de wereld van wetgeving inzake milieu en veiligheid en ziet het dus als een opportuniteit om beide thema's verder uit werken en op te volgen.
- Safety, health en environment zijn je stokpaardje en je volgt de laatste trends.
- Je werkt zelfstandig en bent communicatief (F-E-NL) om in al de sites (België, Frankrijk en Polen) je kennis uit te dragen en te ondersteunen in de uitbouw van een optimaal veiligheids
- en milieubeleid.
- Regelmatige verplaatsingen naar het buitenland schrikken je niet af.
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van de courante software pakketten.

- Vergunningen voor activiteiten verstrekken en de uitvoeringsvoorwaarden ervan bepalen (speciale uitrusting dragen, attestering, brandvergunning,...)

De opbouw en de acties uitwerken
- Reglementaire, functionele en operationele conformiteit van de producten, processen, installaties en apparatuur opvolgen en controleren

- Prof. bach. Elektromechanica
- Master Veiligheidstechniek
- Master (MA)
- gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
