Function:

For our site in Evergem (Delori-Maeslaan) we are looking for a team leader in 2 shifts.

As a team leader you are responsible for coordinating the logistics activities on the work floor.
You manage a team of logistics employees to 20 warehouse workers).

  • Keeping an overview of the warehouse activities and managing a team of warehouse employees.
  • The smooth, efficient and safe running of the daily processes.
  • Over time you will be able to contribute to suggestions for improvement.
  • You report to the site manager.
  • Ensuring good communication and cooperation with the other teams.

  • Experience as a manager (preferably in a logistics or production environment).
  • Willingness to work in a 2shift system (6 am2 pm / 2 pm10 pm).
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus.
  • A forklift / reach truck certificate is a plus.
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
