**Vos tâches**:
- Vous renseignez les clients et répondez à leurs questions
- Vous ouvrez les dossiers et vous occupez du suivi de A à Z
- Vous organisez l'assistance nécessaire et mettez le client en relation avec nos prestataires de services
- Vous identifiez les plaintes potentielles et prenez les mesures nécéssaire
Votre rôle est de d'assurer la fidélité et la satisfaction des clients.
**Profil**:
- ** Vous êtes bilingue français/néerlandais** (minimum B2 requis)
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le service client (par téléphone, en vente/horeca)
- Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences relationnelles
- Vous aimez être challenger et vous avez pour ça une bonne gestion du stress
- Vous êtes flexible et recherchez des horaires adaptables (Service client entre 8h et 22h) - 39h semaine
- Vous êtes quelqu'un.e d'emphatique, vous aimez aider les gens
- Vous avez une affinité commerciale
**Ce que vous recevrez de nous**:
- Un temps plein de 37h semaine avec des horaires flexibles. Shift possible : 9h30-17h30 ou 7h45-16h ou 14h-22h + être ouvert à travailler un samedi toute les 4 semaines
