**As an Application Support Specialist (Customer Service), you will play a central role within a European institution**

**Mission**:

- Provide technical support, **investigate issue**s, and determine **appropriate actions**.
- Keep users informed about the status of their requests.
- Participate in **meetings with the development team.**:

- Contribute to improving documentation and create FAQs based on received calls.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Higher education **or **equivalent experience** (marketing, economics, international relations, public relations).
- Minimum of one year successful experience in **user support or a call center.**:

- Excellent communication skills to ensure **customer satisfaction.**:

- Ability to work in an **international/multicultural environment.**:

- **Strong team player** with excellent relationship skills.
