**Mission**:
Le Responsable des achats est responsable des achats et approvisionnements en matières premières et emballages

**Domaines de responsabilités**:

- Définir avec la direction la politique d'achat.
- Suivre les prix et les tendances du marché.
- Définir les quantités à acheter et le planning en tenant compte des niveaux de stocks, des contrats en cours, du planning des ventes et de production, et de la capacité de stockage.
- Consulter les fournisseurs pour obtenir des offres de prix, les comparer et les faire valider par le départements concernés (qualité et autre) pour ensuite soit prendre la décision sur base de ces plusieurs offres, soit amener la décision au Directeur Général s'il s'agit de références importantes.
- Définir les normes de qualité fournisseurs et produits et veiller à les faire respecter.
- Communiquer en permanence avec le département commercial concernant les évolutions des prix, des délais de livraison et de qualité, ainsi qu'avec les départements production et qualité.

**Tâches principales**:

- Négocier les contrats d'achat de matières premières, d'emballages et de certains services de sous-traitance en termes de prix, quantités et période.
- Etablir les budgets annuels d'achat de matières premières et d'emballages, en ligne avec les budgets de vente.
- Réaliser les évaluations de coûts pour le département commercial dans le cadre de remise de prix à des clients
- Rechercher des alternatives pour optimalisation des coûts
- Surveiller l'évolution des marchés internationaux des herbes et des épices. Se forger une opinion sur les perspectives à long-terme et les tendances sur les marchés.
- Documenter les augmentations de prix pour les commerciaux.
- Être en contact direct avec les départements production, qualité et supply chain pour trouver des solutions aux difficultés d'approvisionnement (volume de dépannage urgent chez un fournisseur alternatif)
- Evaluer les fournisseurs sur base de critères fixés avec le département qualité, tenir à jour ces évaluations et rechercher des fournisseurs alternatifs si nécessaire.
- Participer à la gestion des litiges éventuels jusqu'à bonne fin pour l'entreprise.
- Se tenir informé des nouveautés en matière de règlementation sur la sécurité alimentaire et veiller à les répercuter vers les fournisseurs, exportateurs et traders concernés.

- Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant qu'acheteur
- Bonne communication tant en Français qu'en Anglais
- Proactif, rigoureux et possède des capaicités d'adaptation
- Capacité de négocation
