En tant que stagiaire au sein de la Direction Marketing Customer Services and Analytics de Carrefour Belgium, vous serez au cœur de notre stratégie marketing et de communication. Vous aurez un rôle essentiel dans deux domaines clés : la gestion de projets marketing local & digital pour les Hyper, Market et Express, ainsi que la gestion des activations pour les Hyper, Market et Express Carrefour au niveau national. Vous apporterez également une assistance administrative précieuse.
**Missions**:
1/ Gestion de projets marketing local & digital pour les Hyper, Market & Express:
- Planification et gestion des ouvertures et aménagements des magasins.
- Coordonner et être l'intermédiaire entre les agences de création, les sociétés d'impression et de livraison.
- Suivi complet des commandes de supports graphiques, de la phase de briefing jusqu'à la mise en facturation.
- Assurer le suivi des commandes de supports promotionnels personnalisés via Web2Print.
- Réaliser la communication interne et externe, y compris la publication d'un planning éditorial hebdomadaire pour les Markets, ainsi que la création de contenus via Canva/Adobe.
2/ Gestion des Activations pour Carrefour au niveau national:
- Coordonner la mise en place d'activations nationales en collaborant avec les parties prenantes, prestataires et partenaires, tout en gérant le budget.
- Élaborer les communications internes en alignement avec le marketing.
- Gestion du dossier animations marketing dans les 40 Hypermarchés, y compris la prise de contact avec les prestataires et la réalisation du planning annuel.
- Contribuer à la communication interne.
- Analyser les résultats et KPI.
- Participer à la réflexion stratégique sur les évolutions à venir, notamment la digitalisation et l'e-consommation.
3/ Assistance administrative:
- Participer au recrutement des futurs stagiaires et assurer leur passation et formation.
**Profil recherché**:
- Étudiant(e) en Master ou en année de césure.
- Passionné(e) par le marketing dans le secteur de la grande distribution.
- Multitâche et proactif/ve (gestion de projet).
- Excellente capacité d'analyse.
- Méthodique et rigoureux/se.
- Créatif/ve avec une excellente orthographe.
- Orienté(e) solution.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Google ou Office et Canva.
- Langues : Français et Anglais (néerlandais est un plus).
