Le candidat idéal devra avoir une formation en comptabilité et/ou en gestion des ressources humaines et une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la paie. Il devra également être capable de travailler de manière autonome et de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Les principales responsabilités de l'Administrateur de paie pour les agences publicitaires comprennent:
- Gérer les processus de paie pour les employés des agences publicitaires
- Assurer le respect des lois et des règlements en matière de paie
- Gérer les demandes de congés et les absences des employés
- Gérer les demandes de remboursement des employés
- Assurer le suivi des heures supplémentaires et des primes
- Gérer les demandes de retraite et les prestations de retraite
- Gérer les demandes de congés payés et les congés sans solde
