Om het team van het Public & Social Banking Segment te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Segment Manager die gemotiveerd is door deze boeiende wereld.
**De job in een notendop**
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de expertise en het verwerven van de nodige kennis voor de bank betreffende dit segment.
Meer bepaald ontwikkelt u value propositions die producten en diensten voor het segment integreren, neemt u deel aan transversale projecten en bent u verantwoordelijk voor de marketing voor expertisediensten.
Uiteraard onderhoudt u regelmatige en diepgaande contacten met de toezichthoudende instanties en de belanghebbenden op het terrein en reikt u uw gedachten, ideeën en suggesties aan om de aanpak van het PSB-segment verder dynamiek te geven.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- een universitair diploma en een eerste relevante beroepservaring
- communicatieve vaardigheden
- het vermogen om duidelijke en gestructureerde boodschappen over te brengen en een strategische visie te vertalen in commerciële acties

- interpersoonlijke vaardigheden voor interne en externe contacten
