Wat ga je doen?

Als Product- en Projectmanagement Specialist ondersteun je de lokale commerciële organisatie bij de lancering en het beheren van onze producten en diverse projecten.

1. Productbeheer

Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de lokale productendatabase: domeinnamen, webhosting, emailhosting, O365, Managed Sitebuilder, ... Interne contactpersoon voor alle product gerelateerde vragen. Operationeel aanspreekpunt tussen het bedrijf, verschillende leveranciers en de interne Product Unit Domains. Fungeert als brug tussen lokale en centrale teams. Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van projecten om het productaanbod te verbeteren.

2. Projectmanagement

Verzamelt inzichten van onze teams of het management met betrekking tot producten of interne projecten. Stelt product- of projectbeschrijvingen op. Volgt deadlines en milestones op van lopende projecten. Rapporteert de voortgang periodiek aan de Managing / Commercial Director.

3. Algemene ondersteuning en assistentie

Ondersteunt de Managing / Commercial Director. Ondersteunt bij fusies en overnames. Assisteert bij diverse projecten die niet van tevoren kunnen worden gedefinieerd. Klankbord- en signaalfunctie voor de Managing / Commercial Director. Leert nieuwe vaardigheden en is voortdurend up-to-date om inzichten in de markt (trends, producten, ...) bij te houden en op te volgen. Ondersteunt Sales & Marketing met betrekking tot product- en project gerelateerde zaken.
