Onze klant is op zoek naar een Legal Expert -GDPR.
**Functiebeschrijving**:
- U informeert en adviseert proactief de verwerkingsverantwoordelijken en bijkomend zijn medewerkers met wie we samenwerken(notariskantoren en -instellingen, overheidsinstellingen, vrije beroepen enz.). U bent als DPO en adviseur verantwoordelijk om hen te helpen hun wettelijke verplichtingen met betrekking tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens na te komen (GDPR en andere wetteksten in verband met gegevensbescherming): identificatie van risico's en nalevingsacties en beschrijving van de gegevensbeschermingsmaatregelen die elke verwerkingsverantwoordelijke moet nemen;
- U beantwoordt de juridische en praktische vragen die door de verwerkingsverantwoordelijken worden gesteld met betrekking tot de wetten met tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens;
- U schrijft de juridische documenten die nodig zijn voor de naleving van de gegevensbeheerders: register van verwerkingsactiviteiten, privacy beleid, contracten, informatiebeleid, juridische mededelingen, enz.;
- U bewaakt de naleving van compliance maatregelen; U voert audits uit in de gebouwen van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijken;
- U verwerkt en lost verzoeken van verwerkingsverantwoordelijken op met betrekking tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
**Profiel**
**Uw profiel**:
- Masterdiploma in de rechten (een specialisatie in materies die te maken hebben met de bescherming van persoonsgegevens is zeker een plus);
- Ervaring van min. 3 jaar op het gebied van gegevensbescherming;
- Interesse in de wereld van overheidsinstellingen en vrije beroepen;
- U waardeert theoretisch en praktisch juridisch werk;
- U wilt uw kennissen binnen een multidisciplinair team specialiseren;
- U beheerst perfect het Nederlands of het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Kennis van het Engels is een plus.
