C’est ainsi que nous sommes devenus la principale organisation dans ce domaine au niveau national. Notre priorité est de soutenir financièrement la recherche scientifique en oncologie. L’accompagnement social, le soutien aux patients atteints de cancer, la prévention et le dépistage constituent nos autres terrains d’action. Votre mission:

- Vous développez la stratégie de gestion des relations entre la Fondation et ses principaux acteurs politiques (politiciens, conseillers politiques, services d’études et autres parties prenantes).
- Vous contribuez à la diffusion de l’information au sein de ces acteurs politiques et vous élaborez des initiatives pour soutenir ces priorités de la Fondation contre le Cancer auprès des décideurs. En vue de la mise en œuvre de cette stratégie, vous construisez et entretenez le réseau nécessaire, essentiellement au niveau national et régional. Le tout toujours en étroite collaboration avec le responsable Expertise & Services, l’équipe d’experts et la Direction Médicale.
- Vous suivez de près l’actualité politique, les questions parlementaires et les prises de décision.
- Vous faites des propositions à l’équipe de la Fondation contre le Cancer pour attirer l’attention politique et d’établir des contacts informatifs.
- Vous êtes attentif aux priorités et opportunités qui se présentent et vous indiquez en interne les occasions à saisir.
- Les autorités régionales et fédérales sont votre focus principal. Toutefois, vous assurez également le suivi au niveau européen en représentant la Fondation au sein des organisations faîtières européennes dont la Fondation est membre.
- Vous rédigez la communication vers les autorités sur base de l’input des experts et la Direction Médicale. Vous décrivez et abordez les problématiques de la Fondation contre le Cancer aux niveaux méso (groupe de parties prenantes élargies) et macro (régional et fédéral) en tenant compte du contexte spécifique.
- Vous organisez des activités d’affaires publiques et vous vous positionnez comme personne de contact primaire pour le monde politique. Vous veillez à ce que des portes s’ouvrent et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues experts pour arriver à influencer la politique.

Votre profil:

- Vous disposez d’un diplôme Master, de préférence en sciences politiques, droit, économie ou journalistique.
- Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des public affaires, de préférence dans le secteur de la santé.
- Vous faites preuve d’une grande expertise dans le domaine politique et vous avez un réseau établi avec les membres des différents partis politiques.
- Vous avez la capacité de construire et de gérer un réseaux des parties prenantes.
- Vous avez l’esprit analytique et vous pensez et agissez de manière stratégique.
- Vous avez le pouvoir de persuasion et vous savez adapter votre communication à différents interlocuteurs.
- Vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et capable d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre un plan d’action.
- Excellente connaissance du français et très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et d’anglais est demandée.
- Vous manifestez un intérêt particulier pour la Fondation contre le Cancer, ses missions et ses valeurs.
