Key Account Manager Swine - Belgium

The Key Account Manager Swine plays a crucial role in strategically managing key accounts in Belgium, fostering long-term partnerships for mutual benefit and contributing to sales growth and market share. This position is field-based.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead in drafting proposals for commercial agreements
  • Ensure accurate rebate settlements and pricing agreements
  • Focus on optimizing GtN ratio and alignment with pricing policy
  • Collaborate with BUD and Sales Lead for annual price list and commercial policy
  • Analyze customer, market, and competitive data for pricing/ commercial strategy
Demand Planning:
  • Monthly forecasting
  • Manage and prevent out-of-stock situations
Strategic Sales Plan:
  • Participate in developing strategic and tactical plans with cross-functional teams
  • Identify commercial opportunities and implement strategic plans based on customer needs
  • Utilize CRM data for customer insights and continuous updates
  • Maintain updated key account information in CRM system
Key Account Management:
  • Establish strong business relationships for customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Aim for win-win scenarios aligned with business objectives
Project Oriented:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Create value for customer needs
Skills Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the animal health industry
  • Diplomatic with strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Motivated to achieve tangible results
  • Proficient in MS-Office and IT technologies
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Desire for continuous learning
  • Strong team player with autonomy
