Een grote internationale speler op de markt van logistieke oplossigingen is op zoek naar een nieuwe key account manager voor in hun sales team aan de slag te gaan.

Een overzicht van je takenpakket:

  • Als Key Account Manager Service ben je binnen de service-afdeling verantwoordelijk voor de key accounts in België;.
  • Deze klanten hebben een grote vloot trucks die actief zijn op meerdere locaties verspreid over België. Velen en zijn bovendien onderdeel van een internationale groep.
  • Je fungeert als "brug" voor de correcte opvolging van de contractuele afspraken in de dienstverlening tussen de meerdere locaties van de klant, de service afdeling in België - en voor de internationale klanten met het Internationale Key Account team
  • Het bewaken en garanderen van de operationele After Sales resultaten;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij klantenescalaties;
  • Onderhouden en versterken van nieuwe en actieve klanten;
  • 60% van de week werk je van thuis of op kantoor en 40% ben je op de baan naar klanten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met alle departementen.

Onze klant gelegen in Leuven is op zoek naar hun nieuwe key account manager die aan enkele specifieken voorwaarden voldoet. Herken je jezelf in de omschrijving? Solliciteer dan zeker

  • Je hebt al ervaring van minstens 5 jaar als key account manager achter de rug;
  • De wereld van large accounts is je zeker niet vreemd;
  • Perfecte kennis van Nederlands en Frans, een goede kennis van Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Je kan de nodige maturiteit opbrengen in gesprekken met klanten;
  • Omdat het grootste deel after sales is, heb je ook technisch inzicht om de verschillende situaties snel en juist te kunnen inschatten;
