Unique is op zoek naar een Process Manager (m/v/x), om bij een topbedrijf in de bancaire sector aan de slag te gaan.
Als Process Manager ondersteun je het bedrijf bij het beheersen en verbeteren van de End-to-End processen. Je helpt op die manier mee aan de doelstellingen van het "change agenda" te realiseren.
Het belangrijkste doel van de beheersing van de processen is verbetering van:
- De tevredenheid van de klanten
- De tevredenheid en efficiëntie van het distributienetwerk
- De efficiëntie en kosten van operationele processen
Noodzakelijke optimalisatie, digitalisatie en automatisatie ondersteunen deze continue verbeteringen om zo de processen verder te doen evolueren binnen het wettelijke kader. Ook probeer je zo de positie van dit bedrijf op de markt te garanderen.
Verantwoordelijkheden van de Process Manager
- Je formaliseert, communiceert en actualiseert de beschikbare documentatie, de processen en de controles die van toepassing zijn;
- Je houdt performantie-indicatoren bij van de processen en je bouwt controlepunten in;
- Je verzekert de toepassing van de processen op het terrein en houdt vinger aan de pols indien er afwijkingen worden vastgesteld;
- Je detecteert en anticipeert de wijzigingen aan de processen. Je stelt zelf verbeteringen voor met het oog op een betere performantie, met optimaal gebruik van de mogelijkheden en kansen die technologie biedt (automatisering en digitalisatie);
- Je werkt mee aan het implementeren van de verbeteringsprojecten en zorgt voor begeleiding van de gebruikers bij de wijziging. Indien nodig doe je dat samen met de projectleiders en de externe partners.
Het ideale profiel van de Process Manager ziet er als volgt uit:
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Master diploma
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in procesbeheer
- Heb jij de certificaten van BPM, UML ...? Dan is dat een sterke plus
- Volgende zaken zijn niet nieuw voor jou: business process analysis en design; data analysis en modeling
- Kennis van de financiële sector is een troef
- Talenkennis: je kan vlot werken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je neemt operationele beslissingen en verdedigt deze op een pragmatische manier
- Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch; je kan conceptueel denken maar bent ook pragmatisch
- Doen er zich problemen voor? Dan ga je deze niet uit de weg maar probeert creatieve oplossingen te vinden
- Je wil vooruit, stilstaan is geen optie
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieskills om nieuwe info duidelijk te kunnen overbrengen naar de betrokkenen
- Je beschikt over volgende professionele kennis:
- Business process analysis and design.
- Data analysis and modeling.
- Kennis van de financiële sector in het algemeen, of van kredietverstrekking in het bijzonder, zijn een troef.
