Team/department overview:Customer Engagement Marketing (CEM) is a key focus within Sales and Marketing & CX department. Our goal is to enhance customer engagement, boost conversion rates, and streamline customer acquisition costs by tailoring two-way communications across all platforms following a predefined customer journey blueprint. We collaborate with Centre of Excellence pilot markets and various internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement data and systems foundation, establish a measurement framework, and execute targeted customer journeys.Your role:
  • Design and develop customer journeys blueprint, processes, and measurement criteria
  • Align diverse divisions and activities to ensure consistent customer interactions
  • Enhance operational efficiency through backlog implementation, planning, and demos
  • Enforce governance for involved agencies and divisions
  • Drive cohesion across Toyota entities in defining and developing customer journeys
  • Clarify workstreams and adopt a step-by-step approach
  • Identify data requirements and assess data readiness/maturity toolkit
  • Determine necessary IT integrations/architecture at each maturity stage
Onboard and support markets in CEM implementation based on their maturity level:
  • Lead Centre of Excellence with 3 pilot markets to outline customer journey blueprints
  • Organize biannual CEM Conference/Workshops involving all markets
  • Ensure centralized CEM activities and their implementation by individual markets
  • Manage market communications through webinars
Establish CEM performance management to measure the impact and KPIs of CEM activities:
  • Develop a Measurement Framework aligning with customer and business requirements
  • Define CEM reporting and enhance PowerBI reports for campaign evaluation
  • Deliver customer insights informing CEM strategies and identifying key areas for improvement
  • Create an A/B testing framework for continuous journey optimization
Define and deploy standardized Marketing effectiveness reporting and benchmarking analysis to steer strategy and execution:
  • Establish a measurement framework for Marketing effectiveness KPIs
  • Provide monthly insights to drive marketing decisions in markets

  • Proficiency in English (business language at Toyota Motor Europe)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Engagement Marketing, Marketing Communication, Digital Experience, Customer Experience
  • Keen interest in digitalizing marketing processes and understanding their impact on business operations
  • Proven Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of turning data into actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards challenges
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion
  • Familiarity with IT & Marketing systems and applications (SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI)
