- Vous traitez les appels téléphoniques des collaborateurs de la SNCB, d'Infrabel, des clients et des partenaires externes concernant des incidents de sécurité et de sûreté sur le domaine ferroviaire.
- Vous dirigez les agents de sécurité sur le terrain.
- En cas d'incident, vous offrez l'aide et le soutien nécessaires aux services sur le terrain en temps réel. Pour ce faire, vous utilisez des techniques de communication ciblées.
- Vous collaborez à une synergie optimale entre les appels téléphoniques et la vidéosurveillance.
- Vous assistez directement le Team Leader pour la coordination de certaines activités.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes en possession d'un diplôme de bachelier ou d'un justificatif ou une attestation de réussite, délivrée par l'enseignement supérieur de type court de promotion sociale, qui est considérée comme équivalente au diplôme précité avec le plan d'enseignement complet ;- Vous êtes de nationalité belge, ou êtes ressortissant.e d'un pays de l'UE ou de la Confédération suisse. Vous êtes en possession du permis de conduire, cat. B.
- Vous appréciez les avantages des horaires irréguliers. En tant que Security Officer, vous travaillez par système de "pauses".
- Vous disposez des compétences suivantes:
- Vous êtes diplomate et intègre. Vous communiquez aisément en néerlandais.
- Vous avez un grand sens des responsabilités. Vous suivez de près les procédures et lignes directrices. Vous restez calme en toutes circonstances.
- Une expérience en tant qu'opérateur central d'alarme, ou en centre d'appels, constitue un atout.
