Vos responsabilités
- Être le premier point de contact pour les clients, les représentants, la comptabilité, dépôts
- Aider proactivement les clients avec leurs différentes questions et commandes (transport, stock, facturation, installation de débit ).
- Les rediriger vers les départements concernés.
- Prendre leurs commandes et faire le suivi des commandes en ligne.
- Réfléchissez à la manière dont nous pouvons optimiser nos processus
- Fournir des informations sur les contrats en cours (budget, statistiques).
- Faire les premiers pas dans la gestion des parties prenantes
Profil
- Vous êtes orienté client, dynamique et flexible.
- Vous parlez couramment français ou néerlandais et anglais. La maîtrise de nos deux langues nationales est un atout.
- Vous savez travailler de manière pro-active et vous disposez d'excellentes capacités communicationnelles.
- Vous êtes structuré et résistant au stress.
- Vous savez gérer votre propre planning et identifier les priorités.
