Als Senior Risk Manager Financial Markets ben je de rechterhand van de teamverantwoordelijke wat betreft de opvolging van de krediet risico's gelinkt aan de financiële markten alsook de trade finance activiteiten. Dankzij een helikopterview op de materie en jouw analysecapaciteiten, zal je analyses realiseren op specifieke strategische dossiers (derisking, concentratie, provisionering,...) et zal je meehelpen bij het opzetten van de gepaste governance (guidelines, limietenkaders, rapporteringen,...). Jouw vlotte communicatie en networkingskills zullen jou de kansen bieden om jouw resultaten te presenteren aan het senior management.

**De job in een notendop**

Je zal op verschillende manieren betrokken worden bij kredietrisico gerelateerde onderwerpen:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de productie van sectoranalyses alsook analyses mbt concentratie, steeds in samenwerking met de kredietanalisten en je presenteert jouw conclusies en bevindingen aan het senior management.
- Je neemt actief deel aan of neemt de leiding in projecten gelinkt aan wijzigingen in de reglementeringen (bv nieuwe methodologie voor de berekening van kapitaalsbehoeftes, integratie van ESG factoren,...), aan derisking initiatieven (unwinds, verkopen,...), aan de integratie van nieuwe tools/dashboards (vb rapporteringstool met drill-down functies,...) of aan de analyses rond de implementatie van de boekhoudkundige regels (vb berekening Cost-of-Risk, Staging, Basic/Non-basic tests,...).
- Je doet voorstellen qua derisking of je challenged de voorstellen geformuleerd door andere departementen wanneer deze zich aanbieden en je stelt de nodige tools voor om actief op zoek te gaan naar derisking opportuniteiten.
- Je ondersteunt en begeleidt de andere teamleden in het changeproces.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Maar je kan er zeker één worden, in de schoot van ons team. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met een sterke persoonlijkheid en mindset van continue leren.

In ons team, kan je perfect tot ontplooiing komen indien:

- Je beschikt over een master in handelswetenscappen, economie, statistiek, handelsingenieur,... of gelijkwaardig op basis van ervaring.
- Je hebt je qua ervaring reeds bewezen in het beheer van kredietrisico's meerbepaald in één of meerdere van de volgende domeinen: analyse van het kredierisico op tegenpartij niveau of op sector niveau, de implentatie van regelgeving (vb IFRS9, SA-CCR,...), derisking van portefeuilles, implementatie van de gepaste governance principes inzake risicobeheer.
- Je bent pragmatisch, autonoom, flexibel en bent in staat om om te gaan met stricte deadlines.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan je vlot aanpassen aan je publiek.
- Je bent instaat om technische informatie op een duidelijke en gecondenceerde manier te presenteren.

Extra punten scoor je indien je:

- De engelse taal machtig bent alsook minstens het nederlands of het frans, waarbij je de andere landstaal minstens begrijpt.
- Over een gevorde kennis beschikt van Excel, SQL en/of andere reporting tools.
