About the role:
Interested to become a teamleader in a strongly growing international insurance company? Monument group has a unique and successful business model in the insurance sector that consists in acquiring Life Insurance Businesses. To support our further growth, we are currently looking for a Teamleader Front Office for our Brussels office with minimum 5 years of relevant experience and fluent in Dutch and French and English.**
Responsibilities:As teamleader, you will have the following responsibilities, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, based in Brussels:
- Lead a team of 5 to 10 people. The Front office team handels the first line telephony (clients and brokers) and executes simple policy management tasks;
- As people manager, you will motivate, coach and take care of the daily functioning of all team members; oversee the workload and priority setting; manage the performance, evaluations, training and career development of your team;
- As member of the team you will also take part in the daily operations (approx. 50% of your time);
- Take care of the required reporting to management;
- Stimulate efficiency and consistency, process documentation and continuous improvement.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a front office environment (for example in a call center) preferably in insurance;
- You are a true people person who can energize, coach and motivate people and who helps them to grow and to develop their talents;
- Fluent in Dutch and French with a professional knowledge of English;
- Experience with KPI reporting and capacity management is preferred;
- Qualification of PCP ('Person in Contact with Public') is preferred. Knowledge of CCNG (telephony platform) or UL3 (policy management platform) is a plus;
- Strong affinity with numbers, analytical, detail and solution oriented, enthusiastic, energetic and entrepreneurial;
