Responsibilities
- You provide support and guidance to project managers and project teams in the execution of their projects (mostly related to new product development or improvement of existing products).
- You support and structure the launch of projects in new fields of activity for the company and for the R&D department.
- You are the expert and reference person for project management methodology, good practices and associated tools.
- You plan and organize specific project meetings (design reviews, gate reviews, etc.).
- You ensure the project key documents and parameters are correctly and regularly updated. You write and update procedures, instructions and forms related to project management activites in R&D.
- In coordination with the IS team, you manage existing digital tools and evaluate new solutions for the needs of the R&D department (project planning, technical documentation system).
- You perform cost / resource allocation analyses (spent time and planned effort) by project portfolio or product line
- You assess KPIs related to R&D projects (and maturity of the processes)
- You lead continuous improvement actions related to the R&D organisation
Profile
- You hold a Master degree in engineering/scientific discipline.
- You have a proven experience in project management for both product development and organisation continuous improvement.
- A dedicated training or certification in project management is an asset.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- You like teamwork and you are resultoriented.
- You have strong organizational skills and you are not afraid of multitasking.
- You have a good knowledge of MS 365 and like exploring new softwares/digital solutions.
