De Quality Consultant maakt deel uit van het team Transformation and Project Management en zal actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de klant
- en medewerkerstevredenheid van het bedrijf.

Je zal de volgende taken uitvoeren:

- Klachten afhandelen en het faciliteren van hun Root Cause Analyse
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitsturen van klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken en het definiëren van verbeteracties in samenwerking met interne stakeholders/partners op basis van de resultatenanalyse
- Deelnemen aan activiteiten ter verbetering van het QM-systeem en voorbereiding van ISO 9001-audits
- Ook het coördineren van de complimentenactiviteiten maakt deel uit van je takenpakket
- Voorstellen van mogelijke procesverbeteringen op basis van data-analyse
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van interne stakeholders op het gebied van Quality
- Implementatie van verbeteracties ondersteunen in lijn met de strategie en doelstellingen van de kwaliteitsafdeling
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor of Master diploma in Bedrijfskunde of Economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke ervaring (vb. Quality Management System positie)
- Goede kennis MS office
- Goede kennis van kwaliteitstools en Quality Management System (QMS) zijn vereisten
- Een kwaliteitsgerelateerde ervaring in de Services of Automotive sector is een pluspunt
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en zeer goede kennis Engels
- Kennis van ISO-9001
- Kennis van Salesforce is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een positieve instelling met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, bent proactief, open-minded en samenwerkingsgericht
- Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een professionele/diplomatieke aanpak

- Thuiswerkmogelijkheden na 3 maanden tewerkstelling ( 2-3 dagen per week)
- Een 4/5de tewerkstelling is ook mogelijk
