About the job

As a PRGM manager, you play a crucial role in the development of sustainable and profitable value growth for Danone and the customer through the 4 PRGM levers: promo, pricing, trade terms and mix management.

You
understand what drives profitable growth and how we can
optimize it.

You master
financial KPI's and combined with other data resources you give the most optimal recommendations on
promo plans, tariff, pricing & retailer conditions. You work closely together with all internal departments involved in the PRGM processes.

Your key responsibilities within this role will be the following:


  • Promo management: Drive promotional strategy, planning & analysis
  • Design national & tailormade promo plans meeting the key objectives of every brand (penetration, frequency, volume/trip) & retailer taking budget objectives into account
  • Ensure meticulous promotional followup in promo management tool
  • Analyze promotional performance & monitor competitive promotional activities
  • Drive the overall understanding of promo objectives and KPIs within sales and marketing

Pricing & trade terms management:Drive optimal pricing & TT strategies

  • Help to determine the yearly tariff increase taking into account internal profitability, price elasticity and external competitive landscape
  • Prepare drift plan for yearly customer negotiations
  • Drive optimisation of trade terms in close collaboration with key account management

Product mix management:Drive portfolio optimisation initiatives leveraging OBPPC

  • Participate in the innovation business case process by designing the appropriate tariff, RSP & promo plan for innovation taking into account internal and retailer profitability
About you

  • A strong analytical mindset and an excellent P&L understanding
  • Strong IT skills, esp. in Excel, Power BI, experience with promo planning systems is a plus
  • A cando attitude, be proactive, continuously strive for excellence & data accuracy
  • Be creative, think outside the box
  • Have strong communication skills internally and externally
  • Have a high ability to work in cross functional teams
