Binnen de afdeling Implementation, Consultancy and Support werk je mee aan de klantenondersteuning.
Jouw brede kennis van informatica, hardware en software helpt je daarbij.
Je adviseert onze klanten bij de keuze van hardware, software en architectuur om onze producten in een stabiele omgeving te gebruiken.
Je installeert zelfstandig onze software bij onze klanten, zorgt voor de updates en ondersteunt de klanten die deze operaties zelf willen uitvoeren.
Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor 3rd level support. Als problem solver zie je een uitdaging in het oplossen van complexe problemen.
Je werkt samen met het development team om de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en performantie van onze producten optimaal te houden.
Je ondersteunt de hoogtechnologische visie en uitstraling van UltraGenda, en je draagt die ook uit naar onze klanten.
PROFIEL
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een Windows-server omgeving (IIS, MSDTC, MSMQ,.NET, COM+...)
- Goede kennis van Microsoft SQL server, SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Performance tools en weet hoe de SQL Profiler te gebruiken om te debuggen
- Communicatief sterk en drietalig: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je hebt kennis van virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix), Crystal Reports, HL7 (EDI), Webservices (SOAP, REST), MSI (InstallShield), clustering, load balancing
- Goede kennis en inzichten in networking en network security (TCP, firewalls, VPN)
- Je hebt ervaring met Project management methodes (MS Project) en kan deze toepassen in implementatie projecten
- Hoge integriteit, betrouwbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheidzin
- Gemotiveerd om constant bij te leren, altijd op zoek naar nieuwtjes op ICT-gebied
- Proactief, verantwoordelijk in noodgevallen, solidair en flexibel
- Bereid om kritische aanpassingen/updates buiten de werkuren uit te voeren
- Ervaring met ICT in ziekenhuizen is een pluspunt
