Hij/zij zal projectplanningen ontwikkelen, coördineren, integreren en beheren. De succesvolle kandidaat heeft passende ervaring met het ontwikkelen en beheren van complexe projectplanningen gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus en met het werken met multidisciplinaire engineering-, ontwerp-, constructiemanagement
- en inbedrijfstellings
- en kwalificatieteams.
We horen graag van kandidaten met 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in projectplanning van complexe kapitaalprojecten, van ontwerp tot bouw en inbedrijfstelling, met een succesvolle staat van dienst in snelle omgevingen.
Goed ontwikkelde interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel, evenals een goed begrip van en ervaring met projectcoördinatie en -beheer gedurende de gehele projectcyclus.
:
Om in deze functie succesvol te zijn, moet u ervaring hebben met het volgende:
- Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van samenwerkingsrelaties met de klant
- Vaststellen van projectdoelstellingen in overeenstemming met de klant en ervoor zorgen dat doelen en tijdschema's worden gehaald
uitvoering van projecten via een gevestigd kwaliteits
- en beheersysteem
- Verantwoordelijk voor ontwikkeling en beheer van projectschema's en instrumenten voor projectcontrole
- Identificatie van projectmijlpalen, bewaking en rapportage daarover
- Leiden / hosten van interactieve planningsworkshops
- Kritische pad ontwikkeling & analyse
- Bedreven zijn in MS Project en Primavera Planning tools
- Contacten onderhouden met het project management team met regelmatige planning status rapporten
- Geef waardevolle input aan Constructability Reviews
- Vaststellen project planning resource eisen
- Ontwikkelen en Communiceren tools voor de beoogde voltooiing van het project doelen
- Biedt de prestaties updates / rapporten uitzicht voor de identificatie van afwijkingen en corrigerende maatregelen

- U hebt een diploma in een relevant vakgebied
- Bedreven in het gebruik van Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel en Microsoft PowerPoint
- Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van tijdbeheer
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels
- Zelfstarter en besluitvormer
