DB Schenker is op zoek naar een trainer voor de Business Unit Land Transport. Kan jij op een inspirerende en coachende manier de medewerkers begeesteren? Als Trainer deel jij jouw expertise/ervaringen met onze professionals van morgen. Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de head of PDI & Strategy Benelux.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je ontwikkelt, plant en voeren interne trainingsprogramma's uit voor verschillende afdelingen.
- Je identificeert trainingsbehoeften door middel van overleg met management en medewerkers.
- Je creëert interactieve en boeiende leermaterialen, inclusief presentaties, handleidingen en e-learning modules.
- Je beoordeelt en evalueert de effectiviteit van trainingsprogramma's en past aan waar nodig.
- Je organiseert workshops, seminaries en andere leeractiviteiten.
- Je blijft Up-to-date met de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van leren en ontwikkeling.
- Je ondersteunen de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers door introductietrainingen te verzorgen.
**Wij vragen**
- Bachelor werk/denk niveau;
- Affiniteit met logistiek én een eerste werkervaring als trainer is een pré;
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal alsook de Engelse taal. Bij voorkeur ben je ook de Duitse taal machtig;
- Vertrouwd met het officepakket;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden.
- Je hebt sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse teams;
- Je bent flexibel en in staat om zelfstandig te werken
- Tot slot ben je in het bezit van administratieve skills en maakt leergierigheid van jou een ideale kandidaat.
