**Voor het nieuw project rond de asbestbehandeling en verstevigingswerken aan het Viaduct van Vilvoorde, zijn we op zoek naar een (initieel) halftijdse Quality Coordinator. Je bent als Quality Coordinator verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en de opvolging van het kwaliteitsbeheerplan op deze werf.

**De job**:

- Je zorgt ervoor dat het kwaliteitsbeheersplan van de TVH correct wordt toegepast door alle betrokken partijen.
- Je werkt samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken van elke discipline (zoals werkvoorbereiders en kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken OA's) om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk hoog blijft.
- Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van kwaliteitscontroleplannen voor elke discipline.
- Je beheert het kwaliteitsregister in Bricsys.
- Je houdt de waarnemingen/issues bij in BIM360 Field en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste acties door de juiste personen worden ondernomen.
- Je ondersteunt de disciplines bij het oplossen van kwaliteitsproblemen.
- Je beheert de lijst van non-conformiteiten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kwaliteitsrapporten voor het projectmanagement en de disciplines.

**Wie ben jij?**:

- Je beschikt mínimaal over een master diploma in de bouwkunde, ingenieurswetenschappen, of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsbeheer en -controle in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in dergelijke grote projecten.
- Je hebt kennis van relevante wet
- en regelgeving met betrekking tot kwaliteitsbeheer in de bouwsector.
- Je hebt ervaring met BIM software en andere courante software.
- Je beschikt over sterke coördinatie
- en communicatievaardigheden om effectief te kunnen samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld en kan zo kwaliteitsproblemen identificeren en oplossen.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, je kan op deze manier een groot aantal kwaliteitsrapporten, -controles en -documentatie beheren.
- Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van het werk hoog blijft en dat de deadlines worden gehaald.
- Uiteraard beschik je over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands.
