Ben je recent afgestudeerd als Master of Bachelor in een economische richting en is een carrière in een internationaal topbedrijf jouw doel? Dan is het ISS Finance Traineeship iets voor jouIn deze volledig betaalde functie ligt de nadruk gedurende de eerste 24 maanden op ervaring opdoen in de verschillende divisies van de Finance-afdeling. Tijdens het Traineeship doorloop je verschillende rollen binnen Finance voor een duurtijd van telkens 6 maanden: AccountsPayable Accountant: hier leer je om inkoopfacturen te controleren en te verwerken. Je volgt de betalingen van de facturen op. Procurement Back Office Employee: je controleert de orders samen met de inkomende facturen. Je volgt het machinepark op binnen onze onderneming en ondersteunt het aanmaken van master data voor de leveranciers. General Ledger Accountant: je bereidt mee de maand en jaarafsluit voor en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het voeren van de algemene boekhouding. Je voert reconciliaties uit en rapporteert de financiële gegevens. Business Analist: dagelijks opvolgen van contracten met opvolging van de financiële impact. Ondersteunen van de Finance Business Partner bij het aanmaken van een Forecast. Je leert de verschillende processen van dichtbij kennen en verdiept je kennis. Verder voorzien wij ook een persoonlijk en uitgebreid opleidingsplan om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Naast het dagelijkse werk, neem je actief deel aan een Finance Project, dit project vormt ook de rode draad binnen het Traineeship. Aan het eind ben je klaar voor een functie als Business Analist binnen ons dynamisch Finance Team. Als business analistvoorzie je onze core business van info omtrent de boekhoudkundige procedures en ondersteun je hen in de financiële opvolging van de verschillende contracten. Profiel Wie zoeken we? Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma en een eerste stage en/of werkervaring achter de rug is een plus. Je bent communicatief sterk zowel in het geschreven als in het gesproken Engels, Frans en Nederlands. Je ziet je toekomst binnen onze Finance afdeling en bent bereid om hierin te investeren.
