**Robert** **Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **FP&A Controller** voor een bedrijf actief in de energiesector.
Onze klant is gelegen in de **regio Mechelen**.
De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie zijn:
- Als FP&A Controller beheer je diverse managementrapportages.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de creatie van periodieke rapportages naar het management, inclusief het beheer van P&L-rapportage en vertaling naar PowerPoint-presentaties.
- Het beheer van verschillende rapporten, zoals maandelijkse KPI's en volumerapportages, behoort tot jouw taken. Je hebt inzicht in de codes achter deze rapporten en voert kritische evaluaties uit.
- Je waarborgt de nauwkeurigheid van de rapportages en volgt inconsistenties actief op.
- Je werkt met aanzienlijke datasets en hebt een goed begrip van de context achter deze cijfers.
- Actieve deelname aan het maandelijkse closing proces om korte deadlines te halen en rapporten tijdig op te leveren.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij de rapportage en analyse van de brutomarge.
- Het uitvoeren van diepte-analyses en proactieve betrokkenheid bij het verbeteren van processen en modellering.
- Als FP&A Analist maak je deel uit van het Finance Team en rapporteer je aan de Financial Controlling & FP&A Manager.
De **vereiste kwalificaties** voor deze functie zijn:
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma in een financieel of economisch domein of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële en/of rapporteringsfunctie.
- Beheersing van MS Office en gevorderde kennis van Excel. Ervaring met Power BI en ThinkCell is een plus.
- Analytisch sterk met een voorliefde voor het werken met grote hoeveelheden data.
- Gestructureerde werkhouding, hands-on mentaliteit, proactief, pragmatisch en gemotiveerd.
