In deze functie sta je in voor de klantenopvolging van A tot Z voor een gerenommeerd productiebedrijf in regio Mechelen. Je zorgt er zelfstandig voor dat alle klantenrelaties en betalingen in goede banen lopen.
**Dit behoort tot je takenpakket**:
- Je volgt klanten en debiteuren zelfstandig op
- Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten over hun dossier
- Je maakt afbetalingsplannen op
- Je volgt kredietverzekeringen op
- Je vraagt de nodige financiële en algemene info op
- Je rolt het credit tool uit in groep
- Je werkt daarbij met financiele betalingstechnieken (LC/ bankgaranties )
**Dit ben jij**:
- Je hebt een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in Credit Management
- Je communiceert assertief, maar diplomatisch en klantvriendelijk
- Je neemt graag initiatief
- Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
