Financial Coordinator

As a Financial Coordinator at Credit Control, you know the collections processes in detail. You maintain a helicopter view over the end-to-end operational processes in order to initiate the necessary escalations and follow-ups from there. Moreover, you are responsible for all credit control tasks. You also act as contact person for the Team Lead and Incident Management. You inform them, demonstrate issues, sort things out and follow up incidents. As Financial Coordinator of Credit Control, you are the first to be involved in releases, implementation of new tools or programmes and act as a tester. For this, you are able to think end-to-end.
**Your tasks as Financial Coordinator**
As Financial Coordinator, you are responsible for **managing and monitoring the automatic collections process. **Credit Control takes care of reporting and testing the collections process, keeping financial churn and bad debt under control as well as dealing with one-to-one questions that cannot be solved by the front office or that fall out of the automatic process.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
- Completing, analysing and optimising the daily reporting around collections.
- Testing changes, new tools and programs to ensure that we proactively notice when things are not going well.
- Making specialised analyses of the collections processes and the day-to-day operations. This requires in-depth knowledge of the processes.
- Actively thinking along on how to avoid financial churn.
- Keeping bad debt under control. Handling payment plans, failures and customer files.
