Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Project Manager** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Tijdplanning: de projectmanager plant en bewaakt het migratieschema om ervoor te zorgen dat mijlpalen en deadlines worden gehaald.
- Ressourceplanning: identificeert en coördineert de benodigde middelen voor het project om een efficiënte implementatie van de migratie te waarborgen.
- Plannen, coördineren en monitoren van werkpakketten: de projectmanager plant werkpakketten in samenwerking met de projectteams en bewaakt de uitvoering ervan.
- Beheer van communicatie: fungeert als de centrale interface voor communicatie tussen interne en externe teams, zorgt voor een effectieve informatiestroom en verduidelijking van kwesties en zorgen.
- Bijhouden van het plan: de projectmanager bewaakt de voortgang van de migratie en zorgt ervoor dat het projectplan wordt nageleefd. Bij afwijkingen onderneemt hij/zij tijdig actie om het succes van het project te waarborgen.
- Incidentbeheer: identificeert problemen of incidenten die zich voordoen tijdens de migratie en zorgt ervoor dat ze worden opgelost om verstoringen te mínimaliseren en ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt.
- Prestatiebeheer: de projectmanager bewaakt de prestaties van de migratie en onderneemt indien nodig actie om deze te optimaliseren.
- Testbeheer: de projectmanager plant en coördineert de uitvoering van tests om de kwaliteit van de migratie te waarborgen.
- Beheer van livegang: de projectmanager coördineert alle activiteiten met betrekking tot de livegang-processen en zorgt ervoor dat de afzonderlijke onderdelen succesvol in werking worden gesteld na de migratie.
- Afbouw van bestaande DMS: Na voltooiing van de migratie is de projectmanager verantwoordelijk voor de ordelijke afbouw van de niet langer benodigde DMS'en.
- Stakeholderbeheer: de projectmanager is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en implementeren van effectieve communicatie met belanghebbenden en houdt rekening met feedback van belanghebbenden in de implementatieachterstand.
- Veranderingsbeheer: in samenwerking met de verandermanagers (één gevestigd in België en één in Duitsland) coördineert hij of zij het migratieproces om veranderingen te identificeren, te analyseren en succesvol te implementeren. In het bijzonder zorgt hij/zij ervoor dat trainingsmateriaal en c
- Documenteren: zorgt ervoor dat de geïmplementeerde oplossing volledig en correct gedocumenteerd is, zowel technisch als vanuit het oogpunt van gebruikersondersteuning.
Functie-eisen
- Universitair diploma, bij voorkeur op het gebied van IT
- Aantoonbare kennis en meerdere jaren ervaring in IT-projectmanagement
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van migratieprojecten, met name op het gebied van documentbeheer
- Gedegen kennis van Microsoft SharePoint
- Uitstekende kennis van het Office 365-platform
- Kennis van OpenText en ELO is een voordeel
- Ervaring in het plannen en coördineren van complexe projecten met behulp van agile methodologieën
- Ervaring met het beheren van diverse teams verspreid over 2 landen en het vermogen om ze te motiveren en leiden
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met verschillende belanghebbenden
- Kennis van projectmanagement en het gebruik van geschikte tools zoals Teamhood, MS Project, Sciforma of equivalent
- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Vloeiend in het Engels (ten minste niveau C1), zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Kennis van het Duits, Frans en/of Nederlands is een groot voordeel
